The One demonstrates his spoiled narcissism, but more importantly, that the emperor has no clothes. If this one simple substantive question has the president lashing out in this manner, The One is in trouble. Imagine first if all the media actually did their job with The One. The One would be finished, he would self destruct in his anger. I also just wonder how the media would have treated Bush had he laid a hand on a reporter with a glare...it would be a feeding frenzy. But this telling character blunder of The One is simply not reported whatsoever in the MSM. I hope more media take a look at this very carefully and introspectively...

President Barack Obama made a surprise visit to the White House press corps Thursday night, but got agitated when he was faced with a substantive question.

Asked how he could reconcile a strict ban on lobbyists in his administration with a deputy defense secretary nominee who lobbied for Raytheon, Obama interrupted with a knowing smile on his face.

"Ahh, see," he said, "I came down here to visit. See this is what happens. I can't end up visiting with you guys and shaking hands if I'm going to get grilled every time I come down here."

Pressed further by the Politico reporter about his Pentagon nominee, William J. Lynn III, Obama turned more serious, putting his hand on the reporter's shoulder and staring him in the eye.

"Alright, come on" he said, with obvious irritation in his voice. "We will be having a press conference at which time you can feel free to [ask] questions. Right now, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to you guys - that's all I was trying to do."

PRESIDENT OBAMA IS STARTING TO GET A LITTLE SNAPPY. HE GOT MAD AT THE PRESS CORPS LAST NIGHT WHEN HE PAID THEM A LITTLE VISIT AND THEY STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS, REAL QUESTIONS. CLEARLY THIS SOMETHING HE IS NOT USED TO. CLEARLY HE’S USED TO GETTING TOTAL CARTE BLANCHE FROM THE LIBERAL MEDIA. AND WHEN THE SLIGHTEST HINT OF A REPORTER DOING THEIR ACTUAL JOB COMES UP, HE TENDS TO ATTACK THE REPORTER.

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. WHEN HE WAS MAKING AN ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HIS TRANSITION TO THE PRESIDENCY, ONE REPORTER TRIED TO ASK A FOLLOW UP QUESTION. OBAMA IMMEDIATELY SHUT HIM DOWN, CHASTISING HIM FOR TRYING TO GET TO THE TRUTH. CLEARLY BARACK OBAMA IS NOT INTERESTED IN A FREE PRESS. HES INTERESTED IN A LACKEY PRESS. HE’S INTERESTED IN A FAWNING MEDIA THAT REFUSES TO DO ITS JOB. HE WANTS THEM TO CONTINUE TO PORTRAY HIM AS THE NEW MESSIAH. HE’S GOING TO FIND OUT THAT EVEN IN THE MOST FAWNING LIBERAL MEDIA STATE, REPORTER WILL EVENTUALLY BEGIN TO ASK SERIOUS QUESTIONS. AND WHEN THAT HAPPENS HE WILL NOT REACT WELL.

IT APPEARS THAT HE WOULD LIKE A SOVIET STYLE LOCK STEP MEDIA IN THE SAME WAY HE WOULD LIKE A SOVIET STYLE LOCK STEP SOCIALIST STATE. BECAUSE THE MEDIA IS THE MESSAGE. HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PRESS REVEALS HIS VISION FOR THE COUNTRY. WHEN ASKED ABOUT HIS PENTAGON NOMINEE, WILLIAM J LYNN THE THIRD, A HACK LOBBYIST, OBAMA PUT HIS HANDS ON THE REPORTER’S SHOULDER, STARED HIM IN THE EYE, AND RESPONDED WITH OBVIOUS IRRITATION IN HIS VOICE. AND IT SEEMS AS IF OBAMA IS PUTTING HIS HANDS ON OUR SHOULDER AND STARING US IN THE EYE, AND SAYING YOU ARE NO LONGER LIVING IN A DEMOCRACY. THE STATE WILL CONTROL THE INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE, THE STATE WILL CONTROL YOUR LIFE.
